Domestic? NEED HELP

If I were to order domestically and the only way I could get it was UPS can I have it done without having to sign or would it be ok to sign for the package since its domestic. Need help on this one

This is not neccesarily true.

Fact is that IF you don't have to sign they can not prosecute unless the package is opened. They can bust in and arrest but being you don't know what's in the box you can't be accused of it being yours it also must be sent in a ficticous name if going to the house. If going to a PO Box it should be in a ficticous business name. If you have to sign, that your tough luck. They won't usually bust the door in right away, they'll wait 15 min. or so.
