I don't really know if Expressmail is checked out more than Priority or Regualar mail BUT there is a lot less of it than the others. Also, the Post Office handles it more carefully because it is a big money maker for them and they really treat it as such. I myself would think Priority Mail is a better route. There is a load of it so it could not be singled out and it is treated with high priority as it too is a cash cow for the USPS.

Express right now is not a good idea, and from certain locations to other locations yes it is checked.

I have a girlfriend sends me good stinky green green bud, when she sent it priority, i got maybe %50 of my mail. we switched to reg mail and now i egt them all!!

they can search anything coming in from overseas, but they need a search warrent to look at first class domestic mail! goto the post maters page at www.usps.com!

dude many many rules are changing for example the govt will now allow wire taps on phones,cell phones,emails etc which was banned since the 70's im sure there gona start x-rayign domestic packages
