There must be many of us having elbow pain, you know inside elbow (golf elbow), outside elbow (tennis elbow), top of the elbow (whatever).
Having problem myself with the point of my right elbow and since nothing seems to help, and while some of you may have the same problem, here is something that might help you go through it.
Here is what i posted on AF:
DOLOFLEX:
A friend of mine gave me a prescript for some salve and this is funny shit since when applied one evening, next morning the red on the elbow (from iritation or blood) was ALL GONE, so was the PAIN. Unbelievable. Still when you hit the weights again, you feel the pain coming back.
Maybe using this salve and avoid anything that will cost pain for a week or 2 might help to overcome this.
Doloflex can be made by the pharmacist and contains :
Indomecatine 0.5 gram
Flufenamine acide 1 gram
Mefenesine 2.5 gram
Gel Carbopoli 1% FMD ad 50 gram
Gel 50 gram
It also says: helps against pain, inflamation, stifness of the muscle.
Anyone with elbow problems should give this a try, especially when the first symptoms come.
I pay $6 for this preparation, so in the States it will probably cost around $3 or $4.
