Does your shirt ride up in the Back?

Every shirt I own rides up in the back by the butt becasue of my shoulders, Is there anything I could do about this?

I think I remember one of my old suits had snaps or buttons in the inside my my pants that were connected to a matching shirt so that the shirt would stay in place...... but I haven't seen those in a while
