Does you stomach get bigger over time?

I eat until i can feel the skin stretched tight over my stomach.....till it hurts to much to eat another bite....does it get easier?...I was never a big eater till I got into BB....do i have a small stomach?.... will it stretch?
 
I don't know exactly why, but I am now able to eat a lot more than before.

I remember trying to stuff 3000 calories down my throat. Finishing a meal was a great accomplishment. Unintentional puking was not uncommon.

Now I can eat 6000 calories and possibly want more. My stomach still feels full if I eat a lot, but it doesn't make me want to puke or anything.
 
i remember when i was doing refeeds after a hard diet i would eat so much freaking carbs or anything. i didnt care what it was i just couldnt stop eating i would go to bed on a superbloated stomach.

yes !

your stomach get used to thez volume of food you ingest

If you go on a restricted diet with small meals (in volume) you will not be able to eat large quantities of any food
but after a while you can change it
 
Week three

Im on week three and can feel a change in what I am able ingest...Cant wait until the meals I eat make me full!

Talk about going to bed on a superbloated stomach, God I feel you Bro, it sucks.

After a good refeed, Im almost choking on my Cereal and FF Ice cream as it involountary tries to come up, Once I start a Box of cereal, I just cannot stop until im sooo strectched it Hurts. BTW, an excedrin migrane seems to actually help me digest this food while im sleeping.?

This is why I stopped eating alot of carbs in the first place, once I start, I cant stop.
 
on my current diet of about 600 carbs a day and 150 fats, i see to not eat like a pig like i did when i was refeeding. on refeeds my appetite would be so out of control. in my opinon refeeds suck, i think they are pointless but i know i will get alot of disagreement. i feel they suck because i feel like i take too many steps back when i refeed instead of always going foward wiith my diet.

People fuck up the refeeds because they view it kind of like, "I can eat what I want for this one day, so I better take advantage of it." I'm not a huge fan of refeeds, but they work if you're careful about them. I remember when I first tried a CKD I ate anything and everything. Last summer too, but I actually gained weight because my carb ups were so outta control. However, I did actually gain alotta strength, combining the diet with a powerlifters workout.
And yes, your stomach does get used to what you eat.
 
When I was living up at school I never used to eat alot cuz I was so broke, but I moved back home and tried to go immediately into my old eating pattern. I had a stomach ache after every meal. I'm still trying to work my way up.
