While use on the face is not reccomended.. there are those that have tried it wih good results.. if you decide to do this you should wear goggles or other protective eyewear... peppermint oil is "aromatic" it gives off "fumes" that can irritate your eyes..

I can put it on my face chest and abs all twice a day ? and it wil work good?shoul di focus on one part at a time ?or all of them at teh same will do teh jog just as quik for each part?

it's not recommended to put it on the face as macro said.calm down with the typing LOL!

i was on a cell phone typing it was very hardd

Ok but i can use it on all tha areas at a time? I can put it one 3 areas at a time??......and the resluts qill come just as quick as if i only had it on one area?

Yes it does help me keep the bloatness off my face especially from creatine use. When I use yohimburn on my face my cheekbones appear higher and my face appears more squared as well. I use it under the chin as well with good results .

yes you can use it one the more than one area per application.. though you may need to reduce dosage per site

really depends.. some people get better results with more areas of app.. whereas others feel that focusing on one area is better.. cannot give a definative answer...
