Does this sound realistic?

I'm starting my second cycle in 2 days and wanted to run my diet by you guys. I'm 190 and around 12%, max 14% and would like to be 195 and 8% by end of cycle. Assuming that I am 14% then I would have to lose exactly 11lbs of fat and gain 16lbs of lean mass to get where I want to be.

My cycle:

Test E 750mg ew 1-16
Eq 800mg ew 1-16
var 60mg ed 11-16

My diet:

1) shake (16oz skim milk, 4 whites, 1 scoop whey) 2 bananas
2) PWO shake 2 scoops whey 100g dextrose
3) 8oz steak ww bagel or 8oz potato
4) same as 3
5) shake (16oz skim milk, 3 whites, 1tbsp ANPB, 1 scoop whey)
6) 8 oz steak
7) same as 5 except casein instead of whey

Totals:

Prot: 347
Carb: 300
Fats: 107
Cals: 3600

What do you guys think? Are these goals unrealistic? Is there anything I should change, cycle or diet?

How tall are you?Something doesnt seem to add up,if only your second cycle,why test so much for so long?750mg for 16 weeks?Lean bulkers to me are tough,and from what I have seen resaults not usually what were planned,I would think at your scheduale posted you could almost bulk early on,then having var towards the end you could cut,say after week 8,since you are proposing a 16 week cycle,I still think the calories are not high enough,but in the same sense I have never tried to lose 11 lbs of fat,and gain 16 lbs of lean muscle,resaulting in a net weight gain of 5lbs on the scale,in a cycle so long,and contains 3 seperate types of AAS.Thats what doesnt add up for me.If you have done your research,and think its possible,best of luck,post pics as you go so I/we can learn something new.
 
Do alot of cardio for the first 5 weeks since ur wanting to drop the BF. Diet clean with little carbs, you know how it goes.

Run your ass off then when the 6 weeks comes up, start eatin up the carbs to put on lean mass.

Other than that it looks great.
 
Why are you using so much test? For a 2nd cycle, that is too high, unless you don't respond well which you won't know as this is only your 2nd cycle.

Why are you going to run test e. to lean up, you should switch to prop for the last 8 weeks of your cycle. Drop the test e to 500 week. Never used eq, but look at winstrol for the last 6-8 weeks of your cycle.

I have heard that some people love eq and that others it does nothing for them. If you haven't used eq or winstrol yet, I would choose the winstrol as you may get better results from that.

Your diet sucks. Too many protein shakes and not enough food.

Diet -
Meal 1 - Eggs (8:1 whites:whole) or chicken, .5-1 cup of oatmeal and a banana
Meal 2 - PWO shake
Meal 3 - 8 oz steak with brown rice or oatmeal (baked potato if a must). Bagels are not a good choice of carbs to eat while dieting (they are not a slow release carb)
Meal 4 - I would switch to chicken and same as above, as meat fills me up quicker
Meal 5 - Same as 4 or 5
Meal 6 - Casein shake before bed with a .25-.5 cup of oatmeal
 
If it were me, I would do something like this:

Test E 400-500 mg for 12-14 weeks
Tren A/Test Prop 60 mg ED for 8 weeks

Nothing changes body composition like Tren! You probably wouldn't even need to do much if any cardio...

Was going to save tren for # 4 or 5.

Being full time college student and working almost full time I have neither the money or time to prepare that many whole food meals. As you can see my shakes are more than just whey and I do have 3 whole food meals in there. I know there are better options for carbs, but like I said that is about the best I can do right now. I am still young and have many more cycles ahead of me to perfect things.
