I'm starting my second cycle in 2 days and wanted to run my diet by you guys. I'm 190 and around 12%, max 14% and would like to be 195 and 8% by end of cycle. Assuming that I am 14% then I would have to lose exactly 11lbs of fat and gain 16lbs of lean mass to get where I want to be.
My cycle:
Test E 750mg ew 1-16
Eq 800mg ew 1-16
var 60mg ed 11-16
My diet:
1) shake (16oz skim milk, 4 whites, 1 scoop whey) 2 bananas
2) PWO shake 2 scoops whey 100g dextrose
3) 8oz steak ww bagel or 8oz potato
4) same as 3
5) shake (16oz skim milk, 3 whites, 1tbsp ANPB, 1 scoop whey)
6) 8 oz steak
7) same as 5 except casein instead of whey
Totals:
Prot: 347
Carb: 300
Fats: 107
Cals: 3600
What do you guys think? Are these goals unrealistic? Is there anything I should change, cycle or diet?
