Bros,

I am 168lbs @ 5'10 @ approx. 8-9% BF.

I want to loose 3-4lbs of fat and try to keep/gain some lbm. I am not going low carbs as I want to stay glycogen loaded since I will be going to the beach from time to time and won't want to look flat.

I will be eating:

- about 250g of carbs from oatmeal only and high GI carbs post-WO.
- about 320g of protein.
- about 40g of fat.

approx. 2700Kcals

Will be supplementing with clen and green tea caps.

Lifting 4 days/week
Cardio on empty stomach 5-6 times/week (20-30 min)

What do you think of this program? Could I possibly keep all my lbm (maybe add some?) and loose enough fat.

Thanks bros.

The clen is anti-catabolic so it should help you stay in somewhat of an anabolic state and help keep some muscle. At the same time it will raise you're body temp, which will inturn raise your basal metabolic rate ( increase in 7% for every degree celcius) helping you to burn more cal. 3-4 lbs. isn't an enormous amount of weight to lose. Your daily cal intake isn't very high to begin with, so it looks like a good plan to me. Good luck

I'm not interested in loosing WEIGHT - I want to loose 3-4lbs of pure FAT, and hopefully keep my weight stable as much as possible. (i.e. keep/gain lbm)

Provided you're eating the right foods your plan looks very good. Word of advice though. Don't even worry about your weight. If it drops a few pounds so be it. Focus on the composition of your body. Train hard to maintain your muscle and a 3-5 pound loss of fat is very acheivable with nearly no muscle loss.
