Does potassium reduce back pumps?

it helps, without a doubt.

Check your sodium in ur diet and decrease that if it's out of hand along with increasing potassium.

I think it helps too.

I used to get killer back pumps from dbol -- but now I'm running more than double my old dbol doses, and no back pumps. I think it's because of the insane amounts of potassium I'm consuming. Let me tell you, forget the potassium pills. It's all about Low Sodium V8! Compare this to a 99mg potassium tablet:

Amount Per Serving (serving size) = 8 oz.

Calories 50
Sodium 140mg
Potassium 820mg
Total Carb. 10g
Dietary Fiber 2g
Sugars 8g
Protein 2g

Vitamin A 40%
Vitamin C 120%
Calcium 2%
Iron 2%

stretching. changing your stride or foot position. better warm up. taking it easy on exercises/training that irritates the condition

so doing the drills at a lesser intensity actually makes it worse?

no that allows you to get better. if it starts to hurt, then you need to stop or ease up.

stretching and massaging the tissues involved can help significantly, prior to exercise, when pain occurs and after.

i'm creeping up on 270. my back swells after standing around too long. plus my knees are taking a beating just from walking. i can't fuck with my potassium because of the water pill i'm taking.

are you using an AI?
are you on cycle?

stretch hamstrings frequently through the day. You may need to adjust your posture as well as do some core work.

i'm not sure if core has much to do with all of the squatting and dl'ing i do. but i will tell you that your letro works wonders. 3 days and the puffiness has left my face. i know that weak abs + stiff hamstrings will cause the pelvis to sit unevenly.

if your belly distends while squatting and deadlifting this causes a further postural imbalance that leads to lower back pain and tight hamstrings.

you may want to look at your squatting and deadlifting technique. Do ab work including "the vaccuum" and crunches with while attempting the "vaccuum".
