Does liquidex limit strength gains?

Is water retention crucial to strength gains? I stopped using Liquidex 6 weeks into my cycle to see if added water retention would boost strength a bit. I hold a bit more water (though not very much) and my strength has definitely increased.

PS I know this could just be a result of the first 6 weeks training and the two events just happened to coincide, but is it feasible?

It is a combo of both. Your gear is peaking giving you the increased strength gains, but with extra estrogen come increases in I-gf1 levels and more water retention. Muscle hydration increases strength too.

Yossarrian.......this would be a Catch 22.

Really, why do you use liquidex? Are you prone to gyno? Do you bloat easily? Personally, I won't use anti-e's without symptoms. They all effect gains and/or strength to some degree.

water retension will boost strength, so in those terms yes, arimidex will limit your strength gains to a point, although you will break even once you get off your cycle and your water falls off, so you end up being stronger while on (and one might argue higher strenth will lead to higher gains) but once the water falls off the extra strenght will diminish as a result

you don't and i don't either, but when i read the board i get the impression that aromatase inhibitors are added to even the lightest cycles.

estrogen ist not our enemy; only when it comes to gyno, there is need to interfere with production. But you should get to know where the point is when the negatives outweigh the benefits. If you get itchy, sore nipples, there is enough time to start with liquidex or similar at that day.

To me being non-bloated is more important that a slight edge with strength. I do life for looks and not strength.
