If what you meant to ask is, if IE allows you to lock URLs as in block them out, then yes. Go to 'Tools' then 'Internet Options' then Security tab. you can put it in the restricted sites then.

Make an entry in your hosts file that redirects the crappy URL to localhost.

/windows/system32/drivers/etc/hosts

it should look like this:
127.0.0.1 www.irontrybe.com

Or even better:

209.11.101.247 www.irontrybe.com
