Does flax seed oil expire?

I have 2 unopened bottles of flaxseed oil that say:

Press Date 02/17/04
Best Before 08/17/04

Starts to go rancid. Depending on how cold it was kept it may last for longer than the best before date. Try and consume it before then though for freshness,

Yeah, careful when buying it. After opening, its got 2 months.

It could have more. The important factor is keeping it cold. Also, more importantly, is to buy it from respective brands, such as Udo's and Barlean's. There are others out there that are good to.
