Does Arimidex or Aromasin cause hairloss if you are predisposed to it?

Does Arimidex or Aromasin cause hairloss to those that are predisposed to lose hair? Have they cause anybody here hairloss that is predisposed to hairloss?

I wouldn't think so, it's not androgenic in nature and aromasin has minimal binding to androgen recpetors, i think about %0.2.

Thanks guys for the responses. I was just wondering about the hairloss thing because it was listed as a side effect in both Arimidex and Aromasin.


I noticed that fatigue, depresson,ect, was listed as other side effects. Why would this happen reducing estrogen? Wouldnt you have more testosterone in your body and wouldnt you feel better because of this?

Yup, just run some propecia with it and you will be fine.

Yeah, the only reason i want to run some low doses of Arimidex or Aromasin is because i just started Dutasteride for hairloss reasons and i dont want either AI's hinder the results of the Dutasteride for hairloss.

cop, about 5-10mg daily of Aromasin as long as im on Dutasteride. I'll be on Dutasteride untill hair multiplication comes out so probabbly 4 years. Do you think this is a bad idea? Im not completely wiping out estrogen at that dose, im lowering it a bit.
