I'm getting tired of rocking a chin strap so it looks like i have a jawline lol. When it gets nicer out I'm going to start my daily 2 hour jogs to see if extreme cardio helps. 1 1/2 gallons of tapwater a day, low sodium diet, moderate carbs and .125 arimidex is a big help but i would like my thin face back, i have chubby cheeks as it is. Anyone able to achieve this without proviron?
