Not sure what you're looking for with this. I don't know of any pharm grade drugs, but I know nettle root does.

Schottner M, Gansser D, Spiteller G. Lignans from the roots of Urtica dioica and their metabolites bind to human sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG). Planta Medica. 1997;63(6):529-532.

ActivaTe by Designer Supplements, it binds to SHGB thus allowing more free test in your body. It works wonders man.

ditto on the nettle root and the avena sativa - I used a product called Unleashed from Protein Factory that seems to do a decent job - here are the ingredients:

Avena Sativa (with at least 7% Avenacosides A&B) 500 mgs
Muara Puama: 12:1 active extract 500mgs
Trimethyglycine 1000mgs
Xanthoparmilia Scabrosa: 50mgs
Urtica dioica (Nettle root): 100 mgs
Ashwagandha: Standardized to 1.5%Withanolides 500 mgs
