Does anyone know if Spirolactone can be applied to the hairline whenever, or is it like Minoxidol 5 % in that you need to apply it everyday because the first time it is applied there is some local shedding.

I wouldn't mess with topical spiro bro. There is some evidence that it may be absorbed systemically.

It is an anti-androgen. I talked to someone who was using it. He went in to get his test levels checked and they were practically non-existent. I used it for a bit while on tren/test, and it seemed like my gains suddenly stopped. That's when I looked into it more.

DAMN BRO! seriously? I havent heard of this, is that why I havent heard of spiro mentioned on this board in quite some time. Damn I guess I'm down to only nizoral and dutasteride for my hair stack, lol my hair hates me more and more everyday

Minoxidol must be used EVERYDAY, the exact reason I was asking about it. I'm switching over from finasteride to dutasteride because it is MUCH better at combating hairloss

You can get 3 bottles of 5% at walmart for $20. Each bottle lasts about a month. That's actually pretty cheap if you think about it. Dutasteride can demolish your libido and cause gyno.

It DEFINATELY isnt the money factor its that I will forget, I won't get gyno since im on an anti E. And it doesn't hurt your libido so much persay as it does hurt your erections. Those sides also go down some after a couple of months. An easy price to pay for saving your hair.

I wasn't really able to find any real conclusive, specified studies on this. There is nothing showing that it is or isn't. This, and based on personal experience, and testimony from others, is enough for me not to use it. It didn't help my hair much anyway. And besides, you'd have to apply it daily just like minoxidil so you might as well just use minoxidil.

I listened to Krishna about 2.5 months ago and took his advice. He knows what he's talking about especially when it come to preventing hairloss. I'm willing to try anything because I got the curse my dad is completely bald and I've been thinning out for and few years now. Let me tell you what has helped me: Nioxin/ed, Nizoral 2x/wk, Xandrox(Minoxodil and azeliac acid) /ed and Saw Palmetto/ed I know it sounds like alot but the shit working for me. I just got my hair cut yesterday and girl who cuts my hair noticed my hair was thicker and commented on it. I look in the miror and the thin spot are fuller and I don't shed hair anymore. Everyday in the shower there would be a bunch of hair I'd remove from the drain that doesn't happen anymore. Even my fiance said the I don't shed on the pillows anymore...THE SHIT IS WORKING. Unless a miracle drug comes out I'm going to use this the rest of my life.

Dutasteride will have a reverse effect if taken with nandrolones like deca and/or tren. It also will not protect your hair in cases of TE. Minoxidil/azeleic acid strengthens your follicles and protects your hair from onslaughts of stress and hormonal changes which can cause TE.

Supra, I'm glad my hair regemin is working for you. I've been doing it for awhile now and I usually have one of the thickest heads of hair in the room everywhere I go. I tried spiro when I was shedding on tren/test and all it did was diminish my gains. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Right! I forgot that tren is not affected by 5-ar; at least there is no conclusive evidence suggesting that it is. I just always group tren and deca together because they are both nandrolones. I do agree that you probably won't have a reverse effect when using tren. I accidentally threw that in there. Thanks for the correction.

Yea but Deca is still a no-no and I probably wont ever use Deca since Dutasteride stays in you for quite some time, and so I couldnt just drop it
