do a google search for a free proxy.
there are sites out there that will allow you to do that.
then you go into your internet options and setup the URL that they list as your proxy and anyone locally monitoring your account will see that you are going to that one url and none of the others.
that said - if they are scanning the content of what is being sent, then they will still see it.
so you would want a secure proxy so that the pages come ssl encrypted.
note that doing this causes everything you do to go through one more server, so it slows it all down considerably - and if they *really* want to see what you are doing, there are other ways.
