does anyone know anything about land surveys?

The property has a boundry line that is 94 feet long.
The boundry lies along a line that is 16 degrees, 46 minutes, 44 seconds west of true north.
That would be roughly North NorthWest.
So if you were standing at "the bottom" point and your body was facing true north, then the boundry line would be
running off toward 11 o'clock.

My dad was a land surveyor. He used to try to explain
all this stuff to me, but it's real hazy.
But I'm pretty sure about that part.

what does this mean? it has two points with a straight line drawn between them. the line represents 94ft.

also for the line it has what may be coordinates or something but this is what it says.

N 16degrees 46'44'' W

something about north to west but i dont know. anybody know?
