Does anyone find that ECA makes it hard to get bigger?

I just find I grow better when not on ECA, although its primary use for me is fat loss.

Also just a tiny bit really messes up my sleep.
 
It may be just a result of the diuretic effect, but I find that caffiene makes it hard for me to grow, while ephedrine is either neutral or actually positive (suppossedly has nutrient partitioning effects).
 
Its real tough to get bigger on ECA bc of the diuretic effect as well as the appetite supression. When Im bulking I never take ECA and it helps bc when when I use ECA to cut it feels a lot more potent bc I havent taken it in a while.
 
I'm very sensitive to stimulants.

I sometimes get nervous and tense from them. My sleep is worse. I don't feel as hungry. The problems are worse when I take them on an empty stomach.

Under these conditions, it's tough to grow.

Also, I read that caffeine negates the effect of creatine. It was probably in a muscle mag (where i read it), so it might be false.
 
I have quit taking stimulants altogether.

I loose way to much mass, way too fast.

I just finished cutting not too long ago (on no AS) and was taking
48 mg/day Ephedrine and 400 mg/day caffiene, along with cardio and diet.

I lost 9 pounds in one week. That was far too much to loose in one week. To unhealthy for me.
 
Do you guys think taking clen during a dbol will lessen the effects or just help put lbm on. also taking sus and eq and winny at the end
 
its because its a fat burner and supposed to be used regularly while bulking--maybe use it just before workouts like i do for energy
 
Never had a problem gaining weight while taking ECA. If you take it for energy, eat more. If you take it to cut, what's the problem?
 
theres a few possible reasons...one is to get bigger, ur body needs more calories...and in essence, an eca is reducing that...also, eca's decrease protein synthesis

But if ECA is so potentially bad for muscle growth and sleep why is it as well as Clen advised for post cycle use, as an anti-catabolic?
 
its not advised for post cycle...actually id avoid it...need to keep ur calories raised anywayz...clen is good bc it is anti-catabolic, but eca's are far from that...i would not do it for a while after cycle...at least use two weeks of clen...then if u must...use an eca in the two weeks inbetween clen cycles

Its Bill Roberts who suggests Eph use after cycles, 25mg three times a day! Because of its anti-catabolic properites, I dunno.

so your saying its better to take it with my cycle?
 
i wouldnt take it if ur trying to bulk...the only possible solution i can think of taking it rite after ur cycle, is the increased energy when ur feelin like shit...IMO, id go with straight ephedra for that bc caffeine is the agent in an eca stack(i believe, i may be wrong...if i am please correct) that decreases protein synthesis
 
I think its the asprin that does that, but anyhow i want to gain as much lbm because its summer so i figured i would take it during the dbol but dont want it to hinder my gains from the dbol because winny is at the end to rip up even more

Im just trying to stay as lean as possible while slightly bulking
 
well actually

I just checked on the meso-rx website and Bill Roberts does only
mention Eph use, presumably for its anti-catabolic properties.
