I just bought some calcium caseinate protein from all the whey. Chocolate flavored. The stuff is really bad, quite bad. I need at least 24oz of milk to dissolve one serving because it forms a thick sludge when it comes into contact with milk.
There is also micellar casein and 80/20 casein/whey which is just milk protein. Are any of these any good? Or shall I stick to whey.
