does a super-fatty live longer without food?

than a skinny fuck?
like a bear in hibernation uses it's blubber for winter energy...does it work the same for a fatty?
put them in the woods with no food...do they live longer than a skinner guy would?

You plan on going out in the woods while you're here bino? I wouldn't worry, I'm sure you're plenty fat enough to survive. But don't expect us to send a search team out for at least two weeks. And if you're from California we don't send one out at all.

Damn foreigners.

yes because you store fat inside so when you are starving your body starts eating it's own fat and muscle....Fattys are bigger therefore last longer

No, Everyone dies without water around the same time. You can't manipulate your metabolism, breathing and heart rate like a hibernating bear so the fatty would just take longer to decompose.

+1

yeah you have water let's say
i have a hard time believing that the fatty wouldn't be able to outlast the skinny fuck

That is just silly, unless you are locked up being starved and served water.

Everywhere there is fresh water, there is food.

Perhaps, but food is not always easy to catch like drinking from a stream is. Especially if one is fat and unskilled.

depends on how fat
It's my understanding that the morbidly obese undergo some type of fatal system shock if they're entirely deprived of food

swat doc could probably describe it

If the fatty was to lay still in shade and rest then yes he/she would last longer. However fatties would more likely tend to sweat at the slightest attempt at anything physical (like gathering food, building shelter, etc). Sweat is a killer in the wilderness.

Lots of edible vegetation, not just animals.

lots of edible vegetation IF you know what you are doing and what to look for. The typical person would most definitely eat something they shouldn't and either die shortly thereafter or develop diaherrea/vomit/etc and die from that.

Heck I've studied edible vegetation a little and would still be timid to eat anything I wasn't 100% sure of. (which is most everything) :)

Water is key. I could survive long enough in the mountains here to get out or be rescued. Most people, like you said would eat something that may kill them or contribute to it. There is always food though most people wouldn't consider eating it to survive.

I am not convinced a fatty would survive longer. It really depends on the environment.
