Doctors appointment...

i'm going to the doc tomorrow for a check up. I want to check my

liver and kidney values. What types of blood tests should I ask

for ? Should I tell him about my steroid use ? Do I need to worry

about these things going on my medical record ?

I'm also going to ask for a script for finasteride but for some

reason i think this is going to be a problem because of my age.

Would there be anything specific I could tell him to persuade him

to give me a perscription ? MPB does run in my family.

don't discuss steroids...even if he's cool it's better to leave it alone. Even if your liver and kidney values come out bad, its nothing to worry about (from an insurance standpoint). They can't prove anything and that alone won't raise eyebrows.

As far the finasteride, try to get a referal to a derm. He'll probably be able to help you out with that.

I've called around 10 or 15 dermatologists and the first available is around march. So i've given up on that. If he seems hesitant i'll try and be a little more demanding. I mean, what the hell is it to him ?? i want to keep my hair. If he still refuses I'll just threaten to beat his ass

well if you can prove your hairloss is happening or make up a good story about how your hairs shedding alot a primary care physician might prescribe it...but its not a sure thing

will insurance cover scripts for finasteride? that'd save me some $$$...

fina yes tell him about the roids, and also start taking cleansers like alfalfa , chlorophyl, kelp . You doctor wont tell you about these 3 things. they are blood and liver cleansers

i wouldnt tell the dr unless u have too ie. serious thing happnes or u going in for surgery
