please please please all you newish ppl,
i know that some of you want to help and think that maybe youll go to heaven if you bypass the old lady in the street and go directly to the EFDB site, just to help the 'newbie' in his quest for bigness.
let me give YOU some advice. SHUT UP. when you become an experienced user of AS and are able to pull your head from your arsehole, you will become proficient in your ability to direct 'newbies'

incidentally, if you were 'pro bodybuilder' instead of novice, a novice like me may well have listened to you!!!!

Dude.. what the hell. People always waste time by making "helpful" posts like these. If you see someone giving poor information, call them on it - I've seen like a bajillion of these "newbie" posts, and most of them are made by... you guessed it.
