Weight Gainer
I use Pro Lab's N Large, it's damn fuckin good tasting!. I only use it post workout though. I wouldn't use it or any other weight gainer beyond that. Most are maltodextrin based, which means they will make you fat. Eat more real food, and if it's still a problem getting calories, throw in some Lean MAss MAtrix shakes from Pro Lab, low GI, can't beat that. Others around here will tell you throw some natural pb with your protein shake, or some flax mixed with it. Also not a bad idea, just watch the timing on carbs around the same time.
