I rarely drink, and have not for three years now. It has really helped me in the gym... But the Holidays are comming...Will drinking again kill my gains

why are you thinking about drinkin after not drinking for 3 years? One night of light drinking isnt gonna affect you too much but if you drink too much youll be so sorry when you try to work out the next day....

ummm....unless youre an alchi....then maybe you shouldnt touch that stuff at all....
 
Just take one night (New Years Eve) and get totally wrecked. One night out of 365 days will not diminish gains. Plus not many gyms are open New Years day and remember to drink plenty of water during drinking and after you pass out.
 
A week or so of moderate holiday drinking is not going to destroy whatever gains you've made. Don't worry about it. Have fun.
