The media has once again molded the opinions and views of the American public. Everyday the media continues to build this story up by perpetuating lies and weak theories to incite anger and disdain for congressman Condit.

The media has represented the facts as they appear in an unbiased fassion.

The DC police have far exceeded their normal parameters for a missing persons case. We must remember that this is not abduction case. What we have is a MISSING PERSON, this is not considered a crime and would not warrant in most circumstances the man power and effort that has been put into this case by the police.

Thats not what you'd say if it were your sister GF or Wife. We are being taxed over 50% of our salary. I would expect ALL the representation possible.

There is no evidence that would lead police to suspect foul play or any substantial evidence that would lead the police to upgrade this case to an abduction.

They haven't found Jimmy Hoffa either. Guess thats not considered a crime now is it. Actually it sounds like the perfect crime.

Condit should not be considered a suspect in the disappearance of Chandra Levy. He should only be seen a primary material witness in this case. Condit has provided DNA samples and allowed the FBI and DC police to search his Washington apartment. This type of cooperation is abnormal for a material witness that has not been formally charged or indicted.

BULLSHIT! The fact that he withheld information makes him a suspect. If it were U in his place a normal citizen that withheld info on a missing person you'd be a suspect.

This case continues to grow colder due to the lack of evidence. I'm not sure wether this case will be resolved or not.

This is no longer a missing person case. With as much media attention as there has been, there is no way that she is simply "ducking" the media. At this point if she were alive, she would have surfaced.

IMO, this is a homicide and with any such situation, Condit (her lover) is suspect #1.
