Do you think Condit is involved in the disappearance of Leavy?

Why did he wait so long to disclose information to the police? If he was a man of integrity he would have come forward with information sooner.

Also he got around 30 phone calls around the time she disappeared

Other women have come forward and stated that he asked them to sign a document denying involvement with him and some are afraid of him.

He seems like a prime suspect if you ask me

NO

He got caught in his own trap. He thought she would show up and this would go away.

They have several new leads.

He knows something. More than you or I do, about this case.

8pack you sure do have alot of information about this to be an "innocent" person. Where were you on the night in question.

1st to BeardedClam: If it were your sister, mother or daughter would you care? If not then think what kind of abuse of power it would be if it were true.
2nd to Weapon X LOL
3rd to Cleaner, NO? but you think he got caught in his own trap? WFT is that supposed to mean?
4thMatt: I'm with you on that thought.
5th Moe: That's funny I don't know any more then was reported.
6th Rat-tail knows waz up.

Dude: The girl has been missing for 80 days. If he had something to do with it, that's gotta tell you something regarding the guys power. Lets assume he is innocent. As an appointed official he should have come forward IMMEDIATELY and disclosed any and all information to the police in aiding with the search. He acted like he has something to hide. He would have never said anything if another person hadn't come forward. Now it really looks like he had something to hide.

The media has once again molded the opinions and views of the American public. Everyday the media continues to build this story up by perpetuating lies and weak theories to incite anger and disdain for congressman Condit.

The Levy family has been giving the utmost consideration and provided total accommodation by Washington, DC police. The DC police have far exceeded their normal parameters for a missing persons case. We must remember that this is not abduction case. What we have is a MISSING PERSON, this is not considered a crime and would not warrant in most circumstances the man power and effort that has been put into this case by the police.

There is no evidence that would lead police to suspect foul play or any substantial evidence that would lead the police to upgrade this case to an abduction.

Condit should not be considered a suspect in the disappearance of Chandra Levy. He should only be seen a primary material witness in this case. Condit has provided DNA samples and allowed the FBI and DC police to search his Washington apartment. This type of cooperation is abnormal for a material witness that has not been formally charged or indicted.

All the information or "evidence" that has been released to the public by the media is totally insubstantial and should not be considered credible b/c the information was leaked to the media by informants within the departments.

This case continues to grow colder due to the lack of evidence. I'm not sure wether this case will be resolved or not.
