that's all. No NA, no drug eval, etc..
They were both under the First Offender program as it was the first time they were in trouble,

I have seen guys have many close calls. Mainly because they get stupid trying to sell in bars and shit. One close friend of mine got nailed at a box not long ago. Don’t really want to go into to much detail because this one is still pending. He lawyered up and it appears the cops blew it by not letting him have possession of the packs before they grabbed him. Still possible to see a grand jury but they don’t have much. No charges have been filed yet and it’s been almost 3 months. Some say they are waiting for the test results are still pending on all the gear. Its funny the cops tried to say it was $25k worth when it was only about $4000. INT pack also. 
Oh yea I had a friend go through a nasty divorce and almost got nailed. He came home and his wife has smashed about $800 worth of gh up and showed the cops his personal supply. Cops questioned him about it and he did the smart thing. He said sorry but I need to talk with my lawyer. No charges where ever filed on that one either. Makes me believe they really don’t worry much about steroids. If he would have had coke somebody would have had charges filed on them.
It really depends on many things when people get charged. Location is the biggest thing. Large cities where cops are hated they have to have a really strong case before they file charges. Small conservative towns are very dangerous. It may be worth it to get a box in a big city if its not to far of a drive. I speak from experience.
