But, if I do crave something cold & creamy, I blend some casein whey PP with soymilk & ice and then freeze. :p

I LOVE it. I spent the whole fall eating 5-6 cartons of ben and jerry's a week. lol But now I've not had it in at least a month. The last kind I had was B&J's marsha marsha marshmallow and it was divine.
