Do you have written goals?

If so, would you mind sharing one or two pertaining to your diet/lifting? I'm working on mine and need some help getting them verbalized.
 
Mine might sound a little stupid but they are my starting goals. The good thing about goals is that they can be modified. :artist:

1) Look and feel good about the outside of me that matches the inside of me.

2) Single digit clothing

3) "B" Cup (since puberty & currently 36DD, I know I can't reach this w/o surgery but it's a goal none the less.)

4) Toned & more defined muscles on arms, legs, butt & back. I don't wanna jiggle when I walk.

5) Indentations in waist with a flatter stomach.

6) Enough strength to toss my male friend on the hood of his car and........oh wait - you said weight goals - nevermind this one. :verygood:
 
The only written goal I have right now is written on a calendar that I keep in my closet.

The calendar is hanging on hook along with a bathing suit , and written on December 22nd , is "Look like Beyonce's 1/2 sister" ;) ;) ;) The 22nd is the day I leave for 8 days in Montego Bay Jamaica , and I NEED to fit into that suit..LOL
