Do you guys use R-ALA along with Flax oil and fish oils? My question is do you think it's useful to be used along with the other two? Are they the same or totally different?

I take mine with carb meals. Not sure what else you mean-

I'm assuming you mean is it useful along with EFAs, but not real sure. But to my understanding its useful with carbs only, other than the antioxidant properties.

Great answer. Thanks I use flax oils as an antioxidant and for it's efa's and i wasn't sure if r-ala is mainly used in the same way or to maximize carb absorbtion if i understand correctly.

If you go to the steriod forums at the top there's a sticky on Gluccerol-r and about 2 pages of information on it. After you read it you'll be buying up stacks of r-ala, seems like the wonder supplement!
