Do you consider PCT as "OFF" time?

Just curious to know what you all think. Do you start the clock the day after your last shot, or until PCT is finished?

Opinions please.

I consider it “off” time and when my next injection of gear happens I am back on.

Time off is when pct is completed to the start of next cycle

Time off is when you're not taking any drugs.

time off is after PCT is completed.... during PCT, you're still manipulating your body's hormones and such. There used to be the recommendation:
Time Off = Time on + PCT

It's not a shabby recommendation... I guess the better way to go about it is with experience, you know how long it takes for your body to recover, then confirm it with bloodwork and take it from there.
