do i take winny even on my 2 days off?

just curious if i should take my winny even on my sat and sun off...i will be on test cyp 600mg/wk for 10 weeks with winny weeks 5-6-7-8-9-10

You can take two days off, but it would be better to keep running the winny on days off. Just make sure you dont run it for long periods of time.

If you are asking if you should take it only on training days it really does not matter. I would take it ed. If you want to use it 5X a week I would not take 2 days in a row off.

Take it everyday, it'll help you recoup on youf non workout days.
