Do I bulk first or cut on my FIRST cycle(PICS!!!)

26yo 5'8.

Used to be obese like 220lbs, steadily decreased to 158 at my lowest, I kind of slipped now and am up to 165. Been lifting for 4 years(sure doesn't show tho).

Was thinking of either cutting first on my cycle then lean bulking, or perhaps bulk first then cut?

Bulk phase -> 400mg test + 50mg tbol

Cut phase -> 400mg test + t3 + clen + yohimbine. dunno what oral to take, anavar is unavailable and masteron is waaaay $$$$

Was thinking either 10week bulk 5 week cut

or

cut until I'm satisfied -> clean bulk to week 15.

I seriously can't stand this lower back fat and love handles, I can't get rid of them even with EC+cardio and a clean diet. Getting a lot of lean muscle is also important but it's my 2nd goal.

Very open to sugestions

I've never done any roids, at most I did albuterol.

One example

Clean bulk -> 2800 cals (my regular TDEE is shit, around 2100 at the highest).

1kg pork loin -> 1650 cals - 220protein, 48g fat
400g mixed vegetables -> 165cals, 8g protein, 36g carbs
3 cups brown rice -> 600 cals, 135g carbs, 15g protein
half liter of milk -> 300 cals, 15g protein, 25g carbs, 16g fat

That's about 1.7g or so protein per LB with a healthy amount of fat and clean carbs,

I'll alternate the type of meat I have(can get lamb/beef/chicken) and adjust how much it is but the side dishes seem solid enough for me.

On my cut I'll simply reduce portions to 1500 calories.


For cardio I'll go jogging uphill for about half an hour 3 times a week, still bretty cold here in the UK hopefully it increases my energy burned further.
 
What does your training look like. Something is just not adding up here

Day 1 Hammer curls 3x8 OHP 5x12 tricep extensions 3x12 curls 4x12 Day 2 Benchpress 5x12 dumbbell flyes 3x12 dumbbell rows 3x12 ea dips 5x8 Day 3 Deadlift 3x8 DB lateral raise 3x12 DB front raise 3x12 DB pullovers. I also do 30x6 push ups just cause it never hurts. I don't like doing legs, feels like they're bulky enough as it is even without training, open to suggestions tho. I'm leaning towards just doing test-t3-clen-yohimbine for 4 or 5 weeks and get rid of all this stubborn decade old fat, then once properly lean I will clean bulk for 10 weeks. I probably won't get that much bigger than pic, but gunning on being a ton leaner (11% or better) with the fat gone and get mebe 7-8 lbs of muscle after PCT is done.

U have to hit the large muscle groups !!!
Not only does it stimulate ur whole body it helps u to grow ur using all of ur core and full body to lift when doing squats !!

I do legs 2x a week!! always need to push urself on leg day !!
If ur not about to puke or thinking to urself during ur set what the fuck am I doing to myself .... Them ur not ding ur leg routine right


U need to google how to incorporate legs to your lifts to get full body mass
