i hear so many positives but also negatives about them... my fuckin upper back/neck is jacked the fuck up....

tell me about the chiro dudes...

the chiropractor helped me tremendously, i did something which caused my back to be totally out of line and was even pressing one of my lower vertebrae, after about 2 months of getting a lower back reconstruction i gained 1/2inch in heigh and a much better posture.

I just got back from the Dr's office. I have found a new chiropractor and I like this guy.

I have found that the doctors that use applied kinesiology (AK) do the most for me.

They tend to look at your body as a whole, identify the weak area and use therapy to regenerate and strengthen the weaker areas.

Plus this guy has a cute massage therapist that made a comment to me while she was rubbing my back. This was the first time she has worked on me. We were engaging in some small talk while she's doing her thing. I made the comment of how, "I could get used to this." She replied with, "Bet you'd like to take me home with you."

Many thoughts crossed my mind and I felt the best response at this time... "Uhhhh huh, I would."

Can't wait until thursday morning.

depending on the type of back pain i;d trust them to fix me up better than some doc's, in fact im sure tey get more refferals from doc's nowadays

i;d still see a western med practicioner first though, just to be on the safe side and if there is a easy treatment
