Check out www.beyondacentury.com they sell powders and a simple capping device... you want to recreate PumpTECH of Nitrix or whatever you can do it much much cheaper. I believe the health benefits but think the BBO claims are exagerated...
BTW I have used several of these and they do work... For me it was to treat atypical migraines that are related to low blood flow. They can cause headaches in people who start taking it or stop abruptly so be warned.
