They mess with your balls with and without PCT. Steroids cause your balls to atrophy, this is because they cut off the release of SHBG, which will stop natural tesostrone production. Just like anything that isn't used in the body anymore, it will get smaller. We use pct to help signal the realease of things like lh, fsh etc. improper use of steroids and no pct will leave your body in a very catabolic state, with no Testostrone and only what's left will be converting to estrogen. This is why PCT is so important if you don't blast and cruise.

PCT known as "post cycle therapy" is the period after your cycle were you use various drugs to shock your body into starting to reproduce their natural hormones again. These drugs include things like SERM's (selective estrogen receptor modulators ) like Clomid and Nolvadex, HCG (Human Chroionic Gonandoropin) and some forms of AI's (aromatising inhibitors) usually Aromasin in pct. Some people have started using SARM's in their pct (selective androgen receptor modulators) like ostraine (muscle wasting prevention), not Importsnt tho,
