Don't do leg day, or if you do it do it VERY lightly. I'm not joking on this one.
This is coming from the person who a) has done 1000mg of DNP AND still done light cardio and yes, I admit it, had a glass of wine that same cycle. (two things I would not recommend to anyone inexperienced.) But do NOT do fuckin' legday, you'll bury yourself under the squat rack.
