DNP & training !

holy shit ,
day 8 of DNP today , 600mg ... it's leg day today and I think I'll die...how do you usually train when on DNP ?
 
Don't do leg day, or if you do it do it VERY lightly. I'm not joking on this one.

This is coming from the person who a) has done 1000mg of DNP AND still done light cardio and yes, I admit it, had a glass of wine that same cycle. (two things I would not recommend to anyone inexperienced.) But do NOT do fuckin' legday, you'll bury yourself under the squat rack.
 
I'm about 2 weeks into my DNP cycle... at 600mg crystal a day. I'm doing full workouts. You definitely don't have the same energy level... but I've still managed to set to PR's this week.

Leg day is the big bitch. You just have to do it. I don't lighten it. I just get through it.
 
I have a bunch of DNP cycles under my belt, and i agree with sofageorge. You can do leg day, just make sure you take your time between sets, and drink and drink and drink.
 
Yeah, those explosives give us explosive gas.

you just gotta make sure you know your limits. i'd highly recommend that if you're not experienced with DNP to start a little lighter in the weightroom and work your way up to as intense as you can get. intensity in the weightroom on DNP is going to be pretty damn low to begin with, but make SURE you stay hydrated and try to have a fan blowing on you all the time.

if u do cardio, just do some slow jogging or even walking.

glycerin & pyruvate are helpful as well
 
Ya know, each time I do it, it becomes easier to manage though.

It could be just that I have learned what is necessary to take care of myself.
 
I did my leg training yesterday , it took some time to get very "in" but I knew I had to do it so I told myself "shut up and squat" and drank +/- 10 tons of water...felt very hot and sweated like a pig but I DID IT :D
 
Fuck that:bawling:. Every DNP cycle I've done I've significantly decreased weight, volume during my workouts. Protein synthesis is shit when on it so why kill yourself? Post cycle anabolic rebound will help make up for anything lost. Gotta hand it to those who keep up training intensity/volume while on DNP.
