Dnp + T3

OK, so I'm getting my hands on some DNP. I was about to run 6 weeks of T3. I've been reading that after a certain amount of time at high doses, DNP will cause a drop in T3 levels...

Is this true? And is it a good or a bad idea to stack these together? I won't run DNP for more than 10 or 14 days.

yes.. dnp will cause a drop in t3 levels so its recommended at 25-50mcg a day.

a 6 week dnp run is not a bad move bro..
but make sure to not take more than 200mg a day or you'll surely burn out.

400mg is very intense bro..

hmmm, 6 weeks? wow, that sounds pretty hefty... that won't cause any permanent effects on my health, even at a dosage like 200 mg/ed? And a six week cycle would be better?

Dont Run For 6 Weeks.
4 Weeks Max At 200mg Aday.

Or Preferable At 400mg A Day For 14 Days.
 
ahh, ok, gotchya. I hear that people go up to 600 tho. I was thinking of doing 2 days @ 200 (to assess tolerance), 3-4 days @ 400, and if I feel good about 400, then I was gonna bump it up to 600 for the remainder of 10 days (so that would be 4-5 days @ 600). What do you think of that?

Ill place a cash bet right now you dont get to 600, or if you do, you wont stay long. Talk about miserable....

Oh yea, I'm planning out my diet... Looking at a 40/40/20 p/c/f breakup. 2500-3000 kcals a day. sound good?

Glad you found a hook up bro, I ran dnp for 4 weeks with t-3, dnp week 1 was 200/day, week 2 400/day and 3 and 4 600/week. you should always ramp up to find your own tollerences. I wont lie, after those last 2 weeks i was def ready for a break. Good luck man...
 
cool, thanks for the help bros. Just gotta get used to chuggin 2 gal a day... I normally get 1-1.5gals.

Any vitamins or supplements that anyone recommends as a must have while on DNP? I've seen different things.
 
i used dnp in the past and will probably never touch it again.
its a super shortcut to burn fat, but has potentially nasty sides that we're not even aware of.

i had about 500 tabs of DNP in a ziplock bag.
then i wrapped that bag with anotehr ziplock bag.
then i took some paper towels and wrapped that bag.

anynow, a month later i went back to my dnp stash and the paper towels were completely yellow. that shit went through 2 ziplock bags!!

i cant imagine what it does to our internal organs.
no more dnp here!
 
and oh..

the best way to lose fat is by gaining mass.
the more muscle you have, the easier it is to burn fat.

just do cardio and eat smart and that weight will vanish.

thats how the pros manage to shed 40 pounds in 3 months.
they use clen/t3.. but guarantee they dont use dnp
 
Ok so I just had my first dose of T3 and clen.... its the liquid versions from AG... OMG its fuggin NASTY. How the hell do you guys take this shit? I'm thinkin that GNC carrys empty capsules... all I gotta do is put the desired liquid in, put the cap together, and swallow, right?

yea, i've been trying that but it doesn't seem to be helping much... I need to get a thyroid test done, but ever since I did 6 months straight of hard dieting (averaging 1200 kcal a day, sometimes less), I have not been able to lose any more fat... I've got a lot of muscle, or at least that's what people tell me... doesnt' seem to do much tho :chomp:

Get 1-2oz of orange juice, put your clen/T3/whatever liquid product you feel like, and take it like a shot. The Citric acid in the oj helps with the taste.
