DNP---Receptor Downgrade????

Or whatever you call it. You know, like the point at which it stops becoming effective for fat loss. Similar to how Clen & E/C/A work. The first time I took Clen, I lost like 15 lbs. The second time, about 7. Everytime thereafter I lost nothing. Same with E/C/A.

Does DNP evolve the same way as you are taking it, or are you going to lose weight everytime?

You will lose weight every time. DNP does not work through receptors.

BUT, as you do more DNP cycles you should have less fat to loose. You can't lose 10lbs each time unless you actually have tons of fat to lose.

Thanks pal. I want to lose as much as possible this first time. I have like 20 200mg tabs. I started at 400mgs today, and want to run that for 10 days. Hope that works out well. I'm around 10% now, but want to rip down. I know diet could easily accomplish that. Trustme, diet will be high-quality if this weight comes off. I just have enough shit to worry about to diet that much weight away. So if it's a shortcut & cheating, then sobeit.

DNP works through oxidative phosphorylation, not through adrenoreceptors. Unlike the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, there is no physiological mechanism to downregulate this.

If you don't lose as much fat on the same (alleged) dose of DNP, your caps are misdosed, or you're consuming too many calories.

"Misdosed" I don't know. It's definitely DNP though, as a few of the caps managed to come apart & the yellow powder was all over the remaining caps. Touched one, and the shit is stuck to me. Washed my hands...still stained. They are either a great ripoff version, or the real thing.:)

DNP isn't the magic pill people think it is

Exzactly. It takes very little over eating to offset the benefits of DNP completely.

The ECA stack is offset by just half a bagel.

Sigh. Should we bump your "Importance of eating clean on DNP" thread for the newbies, SG?

well you could argue that mitochondrial damage
acts as downregulation...:p

or has it been proven that they fully recover
from the asskicking that dnp gives them???

Arguing that would be moot, because you're right. Not a whole lot has been "proven" about DNP one way or the other. And mitochondrial damage causes a lot more problems than just diminished weight loss...

What I'm mostly curious about is DNP's effect on tryptophan and serotonin, how long it lasts.

Sofa, how do you figure that only a little overeating throws off the fat loss? A loss of 32 ATP per glucose molecule is what you are going to get, regardless of diet, and all the perks that come along with that loss of ATP making. Actually, DNP is the method of fat loss least affected by diet. There is no down regulation and the physiological changes are so drastic, a small change in diet wont stop it from doing its magic. The body still needs to compensate for the massive amounts of lost ATP, so it goes after fat.

Its the most effective way to burn fat, hands down, it works everytime, all the time.

DNP suppresses T3, so at the beginning of you cycle you have DNP + T3, and you have optimal fat burning. After the T3 is suppressed (in a matter of days), you have DNP minus T3, and you have modest fat loss. You can offset this by supplementing with T3, like they did in some US patent, where they put fat people on DNP for a year.
