DNP & muscle relaxer

I am currently on a 200 mg dnp cycle and have strained my upper back . I am very hesitant to use anything but the pain is starting to bother me . The Dr. prescribed me vioxx . But I have not taken it yet . Can I take some flexeril ? Or will the vioxx do ?
