I'm on my 7th 36 hours of DNP crystal. the first three 36 hour cycles I was building up the dosage slowly so I could see if I had any reaction. Only the last 4 36hr cycles have I been taking 220mg per dose. I feel slight nausia in the evenings (like right now) but don't notice excessive heat.
I have read posts saying to use it every 36 hours, since that's how long it stays in your system. Am I to understand some bros use it every 24 hours? How can you keep track of how much is in your system if you do it like that?
I'm thinking of raising the dosage since I have not been feeling too much hotter than usual.
