15% water is added to the DNP is to keep it stable since it is an explosive substance. I have dried my DNP powder to a [guestimated] less than 5% water. Someone posted yesterday that just adding the cornstarch will stabilize it. I don't want the bottle full of caps to unexpectedly explode like a hand grenade or anything. So is it necessary to add some more water before adding the filler/cornstarch?
