Dnp Diet?

Hey, can somebody plz post some diet routines whilst they wer eon DNP cycles.

I know everybody's different etc.

Alternatively, plz tell me the foods you should eat whilst on it that will stop the cravings.

Is yoghurt ok?

dude every post you made had been about dnp.

try this:
meal 1: oatmeal, apple or banana

meal 2 : protein shake (metrx is good)

meal 3: grilled chicken, whole wheat bread, fruit salad

meal 4: (shake or snack)

meal 5: some meat and carbs?

if your taking dnp the fat will melt away regardless of the micro nutrient ratios.
