OK DNP seems to be for the most part out of my system.
Starting weight: 170
Weight mid cycle: 173.5
Weight near cycle end: 170
Ending Weight: 165
I'm 6"3" bench starts out doing 185x10 then 195x5
I was pretty lean to start with. losing 5IBS just shocks the hell outa me. Now during the cycle I couldn't make my bench of 185x10 I failed at 8 and didn't even bother going to 195, I assumed it was because I was tired from the DNP.
I wish I could tell you I did not lose muscle. But I don't bench again till tommorrow. I feel smaller muscle wise, but its probably all in my head.
I faltered a few times eating heavy amount of food (once was 4 large bowls of pasta, once was an entire batch of chili). I also did eat a bit heavier even on days when I did not falter, I had larger breakfasts slightly larger meal portions ect.. and throughout the cycle treated my self to 6-7 Chocolate covered bananas (actually each one is only half a banana).
My doses were heavy, for my weight. 600mg for 3 days then 800mg for 3 days. I think because the doses were so high, my poor eating habits didn't effect the results as much as they probably should have but at the same time, It was the reason for my poor eating habits, I became to hot to do anything except watch tv, and eating goes perfectly with that.
I think I would have obtained = results if I had used a lower dosage and kept my diet better which would have been easier to do at a lower dosage. I would have saved some DNP but I would have also FELT A HELL OF A LOT BETTER and still lost the weight.
My next cycle with be only 200mg a day, hopefully low enough where I can continue on as if it wasn't even in my system but still get a slight aid in my goal to reach the ever lower BF%
One of the other reasons I think I feel small today is yesterday, I ate low carb, it just happened to fall that way and w/ DNP still slightly active in my system. I was even lower carbed.
I think DNP is safe, the only thing to make it seriously dangerous is that, non bodybuilders probably would not drink as much water as they should. I don't really think over heating in itself is that big of an issue, people who die of heat stroke generally do so of water deprivation.
Now I've got to replace those lost 5IBs with muscle. I won't be doing even a light cycle again until I break 170Ibs. Then again by the time I hit 170IBS again, I may be at a BF% I like.
Notes: After stopping my DNP dosage bowel movements were increased, I think its because I was dropping all the water, and pissing alone wasn't doing the trick.
Pondering: Lets say you have a banquet coming up, and you know you will be eating alot of fatty foods (because all the meats ect.. are juiced up steaks ect..so theres no way to side step it). Its a business meal and it would hurt you to not be normal and eat like the rest. I wonder if taking a dose say 200mg a couple hours before might stave off some of the meals impacts. True the DNP dose will not be very good since it wouldn't have built up and I'm sure if this works it may be abused a bit by the foolish, say by hmm I'm going to pop 400mg so I can binge a bit tonight.
Just curious if anyone has anythoughts on it. How fast does DNP take to actually start working. I know effects arn't felt till day 3-4 but is that because of dosage build up (in which case front loading would be an idea on DNP if you already know your tolerations), or is it jsut that DNP blocks the enzymes or whatever from being produced, so free ATP exchange occurs, but it doesn't work at first because there is already an ample supply.
