It is a mixed bag. I think that if you have a high BF% (over 20), then you should carb deplete. First, high BF% individuals do very well in ketosis. Second, it gets the motor warmed up for the carb loading DNP cycle.
go easy on the carbs while on dnp..or else youll burn up bro...its not a nice feeling at all...and plus ive found that ive lost a hell of alot more fat while on dnp wen i go low on the carbs...just your occasional Pepsi wen u feel weak or tired...but thats all
