DNP and tanning.........

KBgrl

New member
was wondering if dnp and tanning is a no no....... besides the obvious factor of placing urself in a heated booth while dnp being a bad idea....are there any other reasons not to tan while on dnp......... is it a "vaso dialator" (thx sassy:) ) or does it make u photo sensitive like many antibiotics do? any input here would be greatly appreciated......

Is death a good enough reason? By your question I'm assuming you've never taken DNP before. I wouldn't ever think of tanning while on DNP. Even with the most powerful fan on you, you're really risking your health...

DNP is a chemical that is used to burn fat, It can incress metabolism to aroud 50% compared to ECA's 6%. It can incress your temp and can be fatal with a dose of double the effective dose, also so people are allergic and it is hard to properly measure the doses so you can not be for sure that you are taking the exact mg each time different batches may contain more or less DNP. Before I get flamed by the DNP users I myself am a DNP user and just wanted to present the good and the bad.

Now to answer your question and give you a reason not to tan while on DNP other than don't do it. When you use a tanning bed it keeps working for hours after you tan that is why a couple hours later your skin still feels warm. The heat from DNP is released over the surface of you body else wards the skin helps to disapate the heat from DNP, By heating up your skin you will keep this from happening and will cook you from the inside out. DNP is used in Pest control not because it is poisonous but because Bugs have a hard shell and can not disapate the heat so it cooks them.-Superfrk

Whoa. Wait a minute. I find myself very helpful most of the time. Where is all this hostility coming from? If the fact is that putting yourself into a tanning bed while on DNP will most likely make you very ill or even kill you, why is it so important to know if it's a vaso dialator or not? That's like asking if arsenic gives you diarrhea. Would you honestly tell me that you'd still take DNP if it wasn't a vaso dialator? Take a look at the majority of the posts on the womens board. I'm hardly ever mean or rude. And I definetly don't have an attitude. I only give attitude when I try to look out for others and get told off for it...

Why are you thanking him and telling me off? He didn't tell you if it was a vaso dialator or not. He just gave you a fancier version of my reply...

I think KB's point was that she asked a third person question and got a first person answer. Whether or not she was asking for her own needs has not been revealed, yet the question was approached from the stand point that this was the case; "YOU'RE risking YOUR health." She's simply asking, in that abbrasive kb way, that we answer questions a little more objectively in the future. :)

I still don't see the need to get your feathers ruffled over such a minor point. In the end it really doesn't matter who's health is at risk though does it. The fact is that no matter who's doing DNP it's a VERY bad idea to go tanning. Peroid...

and deao.... ok lets drop it..... i know ur not "mean or rude" .....ive read ur posts before. hasnt ur gf taken dnp before? i rmember u saying something like that once.... im not sure if it was u or not ...
anyway.... dnp users tend to get flamed up the ass for no fuckin reason...most of the time by people who have used it in the past. this is a BB forum...and ull see most people wont post if they're using dnp just cause they dont want to hear all the shit that comes along with it. instead of giving answers and advice people just jump in on a thread to express dissapproval as if anyone really cares?!?!? the same with AS....if someone isnt ready for AS instead of saying ..."maybe u should try some diet and exercise but if u decide to use AS just make sure u read up and we'll be here to answer of ur questions" they get something like.... "how long have u been training, try some diet and exercise....and not cardio, cardio queen, u need to lift HEAVY....dont be afraid to get big...ur OBVIOUSLY not prepared to take AS if ur even asking this question...etc...." ... thats the shit that bothers me.... people just assume that the person asking the question is a dumb ass.... o well..... different people......thats what makes the world go round....

I use DNP and so does Mache. I find nothing wrong with it's usage. I would rather not see someone get hurt using it though. I didn't mean to be rude or judgemental in my post, as I use just about everything under the sun for a better body. I just don't want anyone to get hurt that's all...

he did answer my question..read his reply again.....he explained why u cant tan on dnp which is what i asked....

LOL..........let the clawing begin... :)

Seems like that time of the month........... :):):)

Anyways, you WILL NOT DIE if you take DNP, and you tan.
I've done a zillion times and I'm alive and kicking.

The problem with tanning and DNP is that DNP
decreases your bodies ability to increase melanin
by some unknown reason(When exposed to UV
lights)
So, if you take DNP and resume your normal tanning
routine you'll look like a boiled shrimp......(literally)

So, if you want to tan and take DNP just limit
your DNP dosage to 100-200mg ED and tan 50%
less time than you would normally tan.

The one thing i would not recommend is tanning+
high-dosage DNP cycle. Too unpredictable, and
you'll definately burn.

thx fonz! and noooooooo it wasnt that time of the month.......im just a bitch on occasion :) :) :)

i just sent u a PM........

deao.....

I still love you...

Let me just say I'm willing to try anything. :D But after using DNP twice I can tell that tanning wouldn't be a good idea. Even if there wasn't health risks I would imagine it would be extremely uncomfortable. For example I would sweat while walking through the frozen foods section of the supermarket. I couldn't imagine sitting under hot UV bulbs for even 1 minute much less 10. I think your overall health would be more important than a tan. That sounds kind of funny though after recommending DNP to anyone though doesn't it :D ???
