glutamine is a good addition to ANY fat reduction program, it does not REQUIRE insuline for proper function, creatine does not either but both seem to work better in elevated insulin enviroment. creatine is very useless while on dnp but not because of the insulin, creatine works by aiding the regeneration of ADP molecule into an ATP molecule (main source of energy), dnp prevents ATP from being synthesised in the electron transport chain in the first place by deactivating ATP synthase enzyme (uncouples proton gradient, proton flow through electron synthase chanel is reduced, no ATP synthesis is greatly reduced as a result, but for the sake of simplicity previous explanation will do)
