Has anyone of you used DMAE? This is a precursor to acetylcholine that easily crosses the blood brain barrier. I've used lots of stuff in the past, and seem to be getting good strength results. This doesn't surprise me since Acetylchole is essential for muscle contraction. My concentration and focus is also increased.
