Bro, I should think it'll be ok- to use a 25G, but, if the test susp, is oil based, i'd defiently go with the 21G pin. I'm not a big fan of the 25G pin because they look so thin... and afraid it'll break because I tend to move the pin a bit when injecting into delts/glutes.
